6.2. Confidentiality obligations extend beyond the termination of the agreement.

7. Termination:

7.1. Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable time.

7.2. Termination does not relieve the client of the obligation to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability:

8.1. To the extent permitted by law, Kairos Coders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services.

9. Governing Law:

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms:

10.1. Kairos Coders reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
